I would like to thank you for your tireless efforts to help me get elected to a sixth term in Congress.  Your efforts have been tremendous and your hard work was reflected on Election Night.  After the votes were tallied, we received over 68% of the votes!  There is not enough that I can say to express my gratitude to you, so I again say Thank You.

The message sent to Washington on Tuesday is clear, no more business as usual.  I am looking forward to returning to Washington and working hard to share West Virginia's voice in Congress to find common sense solutions to the issues that affect West Virginia and our Nation the most.

While on the campaign trail over the past few months I heard from hard working West Virginians and their concerns about the direction of the country.  Discussions ranged from cutting generational debt, repealing the health care bill while replacing it with a sustainable plan and putting a halt on a Cap and Trade policy that will eliminate many West Virginia jobs.  In this 112^th Congress I will fight to be a strong voice for West Virginia and to bring some stability back to Washington.

The trust that you instill in me is humbling and I will continue to work tirelessly to represent your voice in Congress.
